Kind of like when Polk sent the army down to parade around on the banks of the Rio Grande and dared Mexico to attack. (see: “Grant” by Ron Chernow) We stole Texas after that little war, but we lost 13,000 plus Americans to do it. How many young people will we lose this time? And how big a hype will there be to nuke Mexico when it’s all done?
