Apparently they’re utterly unaware that fast food chains use normal minimum wage, NOT tipped minimum wage. Unless they’re tipping people at Chez Donald’s?

So, uncertain how to handle this one.

There is a serious issue with it being spread as fact. It smacks of “crisis actor” conspiracies. Some small news outlets have picked up on it:

The source won’t reveal his source, making it impossible to corroborate. But some other media have said that the nurses are verified as working there.

In the interest of getting to the bottom of this, I personally called Miami Dayon Hospital and spoke to somebody in their Marketing Department. He assured me that the rumors about actors are false, all in the photos are employees, and that Snopes has something up about it, which I present here:

At least they are finally getting some precipitation! If he was really concerned about those people in the outback of Australia he would know that the Australian farmers are in the grip of a drought that has lasted for years.

My wife an I visited Canberra last year on our way home from our annual pilgrimage to our family and mokopuna (grandchildren) in Perth WA. I have never seen a land so parched. Not a blade of grass to be seen. Any precipitation, whether rain, or snow, is something heaven sent as far as those there are concerned.
BTW the Southern Antarctic Oscillation is breaking down (although not to the same degree yet as is occurring with the Northern Arctic Oscillation) as the Earth continues to heat. This means that on occasions the fridge door is left open and we endure a strong southerly blast in the winter months bringing snow. Just as you in the Northern Hemisphere can experience strong northerlies bringing extremely cold weather patterns to America during your winter seasons.

But the state’s establishment GOP class is worried he’ll use the event to do something else: Talk up Corey Lewandowski’s potential 2020 Senate bid.

And Dave Carney, a longtime New Hampshire-based strategist who’s worked on an array of statewide Republican campaigns, called the idea of a Lewandowski candidacy a “joke.”

“He adds nothing to the ticket and doesn’t help the president or the ticket in any way,” Carney said. “Corey is a political hack. Political hacks make bad candidates generally.”

MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) — When Chad Johansen voted for Donald Trump in 2016, he hoped he was picking someone who could help small-business owners compete with bigger companies. But that hasn’t happened, and now the 26-year-old owner of NH iPhone Repair feels what he calls “Trumpgret.”

The Republican president has done little to address health care issues for a small employer, he said, and the Manchester man remains on edge about how Trump’s tariffs could affect his business, which employs fewer than 10 people. Beyond that, he said, unrelenting news about bigotry and racism in the Trump administration is “a turnoff.”

An August University of New Hampshire Survey Center poll found that 42% of New Hampshire adults approve of Trump while 53% disapprove. The poll also showed that 49% approve of Trump’s handling of the economy and 44% disapprove.
