Oh, very, very high, unbelievable levels.
I watched the video of Omar Jimenez and his crew being arrested.
They want after Mr. Jimenez first, then his film crew. A block over there was an all white CNN crew who were not touched. In the video he’s clearly reporting, live, and suddenly they arrest him. Then about a minute later they arrest the crew. All the while this is LIVE, so somebody had to be seeing this back at headquarters or somewhere.It is a 6 minute 41 second clip and while the camera is still going the CNN anchors commenting on what is happening state that the Minnesota State Police just told them that the crew was being arrested for refusing to move, despite having A) moved where they’d been told to go and B) asking multiple times where the police wanted them to be.
And then they doubled down and issued this:
And that’s not even including Trump, who has gone to war on Twitter, pretending to try to revoke 230, and even used the White House account to repeat his “thugs” and “when the looting starts, the shooting starts” comment. Twitter flagged both the original and the copy so you can’t respond or like them.
Trump has taken credit for ordering the National Guard into Minnesota (he cannot and did not do that), taken credit for extending the recruitment of National Guard to help with COVID-19 (he did not do that, Democrats like my Senator Tammy Baldwin made that happen after it came out he was ending the program 1 day before they’d get benefits)…
and he JUST posted this:
Clearly he’s already backpeddling on his racism and now the GOP will claim this is what he REALLY meant.

It was a weasel move…T did not want to confront any questions regarding his MN tweet, even if he tried to clean it up minutes before the news conference.
T came out as the “I am cleaning up the economy” President, with all his maskless henchment standing like bold Space Force Men. The visuals alone…astounding.

This announcement tells Hong Kong we do not recognize your ‘autonomy,’ which was what Pompeo talked about this week. Due to the virus, China is coming down even harder on Hong Kong. We will no longer prop up Hong Kong.
