Unable to set up two factor authentication

I’m trying to set up two factor authentication for this site, and it’s repeatedly failing with an error like this:

I’ve tried repeatedly to generate a new QR code, and I’ve tried a couple different authenticator apps.

I’ve had no problems setting up two factor authentication on other Discourse-based websites.

Could someone look into this please?

Yes, but this is very low on the priority list given the level of engagement around these parts. It’s likely a server time issue.
