1/ Rudy Giuliani claimed that "I never said there was no collusion" between the Trump campaign and Russia. In a remarkable interview with CNN's Chris Cuomo on Wednesday night, Giuliani argued that he had only ever said Trump himself had not colluded with Russia during the 2016 election, leaving open the possibility that campaign aides could have colluded. "There is not a single bit of evidence the president of the United States committed the only crime you can commit here, conspired with the Russians to hack the DNC." This is real palace/Oligarch intrigue…and worse, whether she is telling any truth…she’s going to be stopped/killed by the Russian powers…

The development is is the latest twist in a saga that started in February 2018, when Russian anticorruption activist Aleksei Navalny published an expose appearing to show a former deputy Russian prime minister off the coast of Norway on a yacht belonging to the Kremlin-linked oligarch Oleg Deripaska.

Navalny’s report, which drew on photographs and video that Vashukevich published on Instagram in 2016, appeared to show then-Deputy Prime Minister Sergei Prikhodko being offered lavish treatment on Deripaska’s yacht. The two also appear to discuss U.S. politics.

Vashukevich, who was pictured on the yacht, says she had an affair with Deripaska.

President Donald Trump directed his longtime attorney Michael Cohen to lie to Congress about negotiations to build a Trump Tower in Moscow, according to two federal law enforcement officials involved in an investigation of the matter.

Trump also supported a plan, set up by Cohen, to visit Russia during the presidential campaign, in order to personally meet President Vladimir Putin and jump-start the tower negotiations. “Make it happen,” the sources said Trump told Cohen.

And even as Trump told the public he had no business deals with Russia, the sources said Trump and his children, Ivanka and Donald Trump Jr.,

It gets better,

Donald Trump Jr., meanwhile, testified to the Senate Judiciary Committee on Sept. 7, 2017, that he was only “peripherally aware” of the plan to build a tower in Moscow. “Most of my knowledge has been gained since as it relates to hearing about it over the last few weeks.”

YES…am liking all these reveals pre-Cohen sit down in front of Congress.

Would tomorrow be a good time for some indictments to happen??? Giuliani has set the stage with his 'oh yeah, others in the campaign might have colluded…Junior, Jared, Stone,Corsi and Ivanka could be in the bullseye right about now…

Just sayin…

Oh and Melania just flew out of the house…maybe she knows something is going to hit.

Analysis of what this bombshell Buzzfeed report could mean.

The sourcing for the story sounds strong. The central claim that Trump directed Cohen to lie to Congress is attributed to “two federal law enforcement officials involved in an investigation of the matter.” The language suggests the two have firsthand knowledge of what they’re talking about. But Mueller’s team has been remarkably leak-proof so far. Have Leopold and Cormier found a way in? Or are there other federal officials separate from Mueller’s team who are investigating this?

We should note that the journalists involved, Leopold and Cormier, have done remarkable reporting on the Trump Tower Moscow story in particular, filing dispatches all year that were both far ahead of every other media outlet and later proven true by revelations from Mueller.

It feels irrefutable…and we know Cohen loved to tape his conversations…

Why it matters: If true, the report would suggest that Trump downplayed Russian interference and repeatedly lied about having business dealings in Russia during the 2016 campaign, all while secretly pushing the lucrative Moscow project behind the scenes. It would also suggest, for the second time, that investigators have evidence Trump personally directed his attorney to commit a felony.

18 U.S. Code § 1622 - Subornation of perjury

Whoever procures another to commit any perjury is guilty of subornation of perjury, and shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.
