Carter Page testified Thursday before the House Intelligence Committee

  • He refused to hand over documents and plead the 5th amendment when asked why. source
  • He revealed that he told Jeff Sessions of his trip to Russia in 2016. Sessions previously testified under oath that he wasn’t aware of connections between Trump campaign members and Russia. Additionally, he testified that he didn’t know Page met with Russian officials during the campaign. Source
  • He admitted he met Russian government officials during a July 2016 trip he took to Moscow, which he’d previously denied source

George Papadopoulos pled guilty to charges of lying to the FBI and destroying evidence. He is now cooperating with Mueller’s investigation

  • He knew that Russia had Clinton’s stolen emails before the hack was even discovered. source
  • At a foreign policy meeting with Trump and Sessions, Papadopoulos stated that he could set up a meeting between Trump and Putin. Sessions reportedly shut down the proposal, but then testified to the Senate Judiciary Committee that such a proposal was never made. source
  • Despite Trump’s claim that he was just a lowly coffee boy, Papadopoulos represented the Trump campaign multiple times in 2016 source
  • USDA chief scientist nominee Sam Clovis withdrew his name from consideration after it was revealed that he knew of Papadopoulos’ efforts to set up meetings with Russian officials source. Clovis was also interviewed by Mueller’s team and testified to the Grand Jury last week. source

Manafort

  • Was charged w/ conspiracy against the United States, conspiracy to launder money, & tax fraud source
  • Indictment reveals Manafort has links to organized crime, specifically a Russian mobster named Semion Mogilevich. source

Rex Tillerson just so happened to meet with the Russian ambassador the day after Indictment Day. source

Jared Kushner’s team turned over documents to special counsel in Russia investigation. Mueller is asking in witness interviews about Kushner’s role in the firing of FBI Director James Comey. source

3 Republicans introduced a resolution to remove Mueller from the Trump-Russia investigation – Reps. Matt Gaetz of Florida, Andy Biggs of Arizona, and Louie Gohmert of Texas. source

The DNC hacker Guccifer 2.0 (a persona that was created by Russian intelligence services) altered emails to say “confidential”. This brings up the question of what else was altered. source

Twitter released a “full list” of Russian Twitter Bots banned in election meddling probe – only 2,752 of them. source

At least 6 Russian officials have been identified in the DNC hack, prosecutors are considering pressing charges. source

A digital hit list revealed that Russian hacking targeted (and is still targeting) Putin’s political enemies across the world, including some Republicans. source
